WHERE WE SHIP
HairTox® currently ships within the USA only. Please check back as we will being shipping worldwide soon!

ADDRESS INFORMATION
Please ensure all address information is input correctly. We cannot take responsibility if delivery does not occur because an address was not properly entered at check-out. This can result in not receiving an order. If this occurs, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to get information on the whereabouts of the order.

SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS, AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
Currently, the HairTox® 60 Smoothing Treatment is available on a Pre-order basis. The expected shipping date is approx 14 days from date of order.

You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has shipped.

Normally all other orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days and should arrive within 5 to 8 business days depending on geographic location. 

STANDARD DELIVERY
Continental USA  - All orders are shipped FREE by ground freight.  
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - $9.00 USD 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express Delivery is not available on Pre-Order items.

Express Delivery is not available to a PO Box.

Express Delivery Orders placed between Friday at 12 pm and Sunday at 12 am will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.

Please note that Express shipping is only available to customers who are shipping within the Continental USA.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped from our Distribution Centre in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.

All orders placed after 8 am Friday and over the weekend are packed and shipped Monday.

Orders placed during a Federal Holiday weekend are packed and shipped the first business day after the holiday.

REFUSED PACKAGES
A $15 USD Non–Delivery Fee will be charged for all refused shipments.   The Non-Delivery Fee will be charged to the method of payment selected  during the checkout procedure and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING HOURS
In accordance with U.S. Federal Holidays, our Distribution Centre will be  closed on the following holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day

TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email that will contain all shipment details including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier’s site.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Please note that we only accept returns of Unused and Unopened product in their original packaging. 
If you wish to return your purchase, notify us by email within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll send you a return authorization number and instructions for the return.  We will process your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of and inspection of the returned item. Please note the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, and return shipments must be sent by tracked delivery.
A HairTox® Customer Service representative will reply within 24 to 48 hours, and if the return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number (RA Number) and a return form.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
All sales taxes will be refunded as well.

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process once received at our Distribution Facility. You will be notified of the refund by email once it is processed. It can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on you statement depending on the form of payment.

REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your HairTox.com account.

LATE RETURNS
Late returns after the return period are only accepted at the discretion of HairTox®.

EXCHANGES
Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time.

NOTE:
HairTox® cannot be responsible for return shipments not received or lost. Please ensure that you return your purchase using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
